Retaining Your Best and Brightest

How do you retain your best and your brightest? And how do you attract the best and the brightest?
Good news – money is not the primary motivating factor. We’ll briefly explore the true cost of
employee turnover and the causes of employee turnover. Then we’ll collectively brainstorm ways to
retain and attract employees.
At the end of this interactive conversation, Gary will distribute a list of 30 potential ways to retain and
attract employees, many of which are discussed in more detail in blogs.
