Pre & After-Party Ticket: Only $15

Get ready to join a virtual party from the comfort of your own home. Prior to the event you will receive an email with a link to YouTube, where the virtual “Live” event will take place. If you have registered for the Pre & After-Party, you will be emailed a link for a live AirMeet. You will be at virtual tables within AirMeet for the Pre & After-Party before and after the Live Auction.

Guests who have registered to receive dinner and wine will need to be fully registered by 5 p.m., Monday, Oct. 26. You’ll be able to select your meal option on the registration page. Details on how to pick up your meal is described below.

Please note, current email addresses and cell phone numbers are critical. That is how you will receive the YouTube event link to attend the event, bid on auction items, make donations, and receive your donation receipt.

Silent Auction Preview

Silent Auction online bidding will open Friday, Oct. 23. Anyone can see the auction items online, but they will need to register in Greater Giving, our auction software, to start bidding. Be sure to include your cell phone number in your registration profile to be notified if you have been outbid. Please note, that “buy it now” prices will not be listed; bidding will continue until the auction closes.

Buy Your Lucky Golden Ticket Early

Only 100 tickets are available! The winner of the Golden Ticket drawing will select one of the Live Auction items of their choice. $100 for your chance to win!

Virtual Auction Day | Friday, Oct. 30

Dinner & Wine! If you or your guests registered for a ticket including a dinner provided by Renegade Catering and wine, pick up will take place between 4-5:30 p.m. at Barley & Vine Tavern at 408 East First St., Newberg. 

Live Auction Bidding: On the day of the event, the Live Auction will open at noon, bidders must be registered to bid on items.

Paddle Raise: The Paddle Raise will be so much fun and you will not have to “shush” your table during the paddle raise this year.

Spread the word! Anyone can bid on auction items, even if they are not attending the actual evening event. Share the www.newbergrotary.org link or Facebook post. Funds raised from this virtual auction will support the Newberg Rotary Scholarship Program and essential youth and community programs.

This will be an evening to remember!
