In 2019, the Noon and Early Bird presidents signed the first Memorandum of Understanding between the two clubs. This document supports continuity between the clubs by outlining the joint projects and activities the clubs undertake. With new members and new officers coming into each club, it was realized that some joint club traditions weren’t always consistently shared. The MOU will be reviewed and readopted each spring at the joint board meeting to remind all of the projects that both clubs do cooperatively.
