Newberg Noon Rotary Club

Welcome to Newberg Noon Rotary club site. We are currently a very active club in District 5100, proudly boasting a membership of 77: 62 active and 15 honorary - and growing!

We have actively participated in service to the Newberg community since our club's formation in 1935; our club continues to operate and respond with a vitality and responsibility to exciting challenges presented by a constantly thriving urban/rural environment that is Newberg and surrounding areas.

With our three major fundraisers, the annual Rotary Auction and the annual Old Fashioned Festival Pancake Breakfast, and the Rota-Dent Foundation (a dental equipment distribution organization) we are able to devote substantial financial resources to enriching the lives of the needy and youth in our community, as well as participate in world community service through our club's international programs in Guatemala.

We hope as you surf through our website you find Rotary to be a committed group of community leaders intimately involved in and dedicated to our surroundings. Our goal is consistent with the motto of Rotary International: ROTARY SHARES. It is our commitment to enrich the lives of all not only economically but socially and spiritually, to build a greater sense of family and community in what is already an community that has a tremendous amount of responsibility and pride!

Our club is 71 years young with a commitment to participate, build, invigorate, energize, lead and grow, and above all, to observe the first commandment of Rotary: HAVE FUN! Our credo is what we refer to as "The Four Way Test": Of the things we think, say or do

  • Is it the TRUTH?
  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIP?
  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
